REFUSED SHIPMENTS: If a shipment is refused or abandoned due to the non-payment of customs duties
Refund Deductions: Layana Collective reserves the right to deduct the original shipping cost, any return shipping fees, and unpaid customs charges from your refund.
Abandonment: To keep our processes sustainable, we cannot issue refunds if the cost of the return shipping outweighs the value of the merchandise itself. In these rare cases, the carrier will safely dispose of the package rather than returning it to us. Thank you so much for your understanding.
